To our loyal supporters of the Y2K Spitfire Restoration project.

While work continues on the restoration, the Comox Air Force Museum is sitting down to decide the way ahead. It has been 8 years since we started the build and it is time now to decide the future of the project. While this process takes place it would not be fair for us to ask for donations from our supporters. Therefore I have removed the links that allow our followers to donate and I would ask that if you are interested in donating that you wait until a decision is made on the fate of our aircraft. In the meantime we are still open for visits on Saturdays and work will continue and up-dates will be submitted each month. We thank you for your support and hope that you will continue to follow the progress of our Spitfire.
